Role Overview:
Henrich Electronics is a global leader of industrial serial converters, Ethernet switches and wireless devices. We have been supplying world class products since 2003 for a multitude of industrial applications including transportation, industrial automation, utilities, alternative energy, water and wastewater and more. We offer both managed and unmanaged switches, Layer 2 and Layer 3, using our own developed software and firmware proven over a decade of harsh environments and use. Using our own world-class technology, we can provide standard products or can customize a solution to your exact needs as required.

Who You Are
You will be responsible for presenting Henrich Electronics with its products and services to existing and potential customers. You would need to understand the basics of how computers and computer networks work in reality. You will be trained and guided to sell industrial Ethernet products to various industrial customers such as rail, highway, water treatment, factory automation systems, etc.
As part of the team, you will also be participating in managing some general office duties such as scheduling/managing shipments, managing main phone line, assisting in product content development, accounts receivable and payable. In this position, you will be self-managed and direct duties of any other staff under the direction of the CEO. You must be numbers oriented, creative with project work, resourceful, an independent thinker, and self-motivated.
What You Will Be Doing
·Sell our products and services
·Managing limited number of administrative activities for the office
·Invoicing customer orders and logging orders
·Logging in account receivables, running reports on outstanding invoices
·Managing larger distribution customers, including Amazon seller contracts
·Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Job description:
As a Henrich Electronics Corporation Product Application Engineer, you will be part of a team that designs-in and supports Henrich Electronics Corporation portfolio of connectivity products in the world’s leading cloud service providers, server and network OEMs. In this role, you will need to provide technical guidance to customers to overcome design challenges, generate collateral for existing and new products, and drive innovation by providing insightful feedback to other internal teams to continuously improve products and processes. There are opportunities to support key customers directly, and on a global basis.
Key Requirements:
Pre-sales: Understand customers’ applications and then provide the related technical support using our products; 2), Visit customers with technical support before the sales; 3) Working with the customers on site when our products are being tested in customer’s facility. 4), Provide data sheets, application stores, new product design ideas, market feedback, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
·Strong academic and technical background in electrical engineering. At minimum, a Bachelor’s in EE is required, master's is preferred.
·Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Cloud service providers, server, or network OEM customers to design complex SoC/silicon products for Server, Storage, and/or Networking applications.
·Entrepreneurial, open-minded behavior and can-do attitude. Think and act with the customer in mind!
Required Experience:
·Ethernet layer 2 and layer 3 configuration experiences.
·Minimum of 2 years of Network design experience
·Minimum of 3 years of industrial electronics application experience.
·A strong background in high-speed board design techniques, and understanding of Data Center systems like Servers, JBOGs/JBODs, like Servers, JBOGs/JBODs, Networking switches/routers/interconnects etc.
·Technical writing skills to generate clear, precise documentation including datasheets, application notes, and similar guides for internal and customer-facing audiences.
Preferred Experience:
·Development/support Ethernet Switch products or IoT systems.
·On-site networking design and problem-solving experience with switches or routers.
·Minimum of 3 years of Customer application project experience.
Able to travel to various customer sites for application related projects.
