Shipping Overview
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days for in-stock products
• U.S. Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)

1. Applicability
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through this website store primarily by business customers, including OEMs, distributors, and system integrators.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation or approval of agreed credit terms.
• Standard processing time:
o In-stock products: 1–2 business days.
o Configured or OEM products: Lead times are confirmed at checkout or in the order acknowledgment.
3. Shipping Terms
• All shipments are made EXW (Ex Works), Incoterms® 2020, from our facility unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when goods are made available for pickup by the customer or the customer-appointed carrier.
4. Carriers & Freight
• Customers may:
o Provide their own carrier and shipping account, or
o Request us to arrange shipment on their behalf
• When we arrange shipment, freight charges will be prepaid and invoiced or shown at checkout, as applicable.
• Partial shipments may occur unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping for U.S. Orders (Google Ads Customers)
Handling / Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or approval of credit terms.
• Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) may qualify for same-day shipping via FedEx, depending on product availability.
Shipping Methods / Delivery Times (U.S. only)
FedEx Standard US Ground
• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.
• Delivery time varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping
• Delivery Time: 2 business days.
• Guaranteed 2-day service; cost calculated at checkout.
Expedited / Overnight
• Delivery Time: 1 business day.
• Only available for orders meeting the 4:00 PM EST cutoff time; cost calculated at checkout.

Additional fees (insurance, customs, taxes, or brokerage fees) are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Shipping Costs

• All freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Transit time depends on the selected shipping method, carrier, and destination.
7. Packaging
• Products are shipped in standard industrial packaging, typically a single carton box, and include:
o Anti-static (ESD) protection
o Shock-absorbing materials
o Secure sealing and labeling
• OEM-branded or custom packaging is available upon request and may require additional cost and lead time.
8. Estimated Delivery Time
• Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and do not include customs clearance or carrier delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
• Expedited and next-day shipping options may be available depending on carrier and destination. Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) may qualify for same-day shipping.
9. Export Control & Compliance

International Shipping
• Destinations: We ship to Canada, the UK, and the EU.

12. Inspection & Claims
• Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
• Claims must be reported within:
o 5 business days for visible damage or shortages
o 10 business days for concealed damage
• Claims reported outside these timeframes may not be accepted.
13. Incorrect Shipping Information
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
• Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be charged to the customer.
14. Returns & RMA
• All returns require prior RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval.
